I had an very nice stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Mohamed, were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the rooms were always super clean when I returned at the end of the day. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the historical places, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The main square was also very close, making it easy to explore everything that this city has to offer. the hotel provided a delicious breakfast and the staff were always available to assist with any inquiries or provide recommendations.
I didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square and local eateries. The room was clean and equipped with everything I needed, and the shower always had hot water. The staff, especially Mohamed and Hussein, were helpful and made sure all my requests were taken care of. I even had the opportunity to join in on a Ramadan dinner with them, where I enjoyed delicious traditional tea. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Marrakesh.

The hotel is in a perfect place for a taxi and is located within the Medina, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay even on the top floor. Additionally, breakfast is provided, although we wished there were more fruit options.
No major issues encountered, everything was satisfactory.
